An Invitation to Private Lessons

September 3, 2021 – Welcome to a new school year! I hope you’re all well. Here at the start of the new school year, I wanted to confirm that I’m offering both in-person and virtual private music lessons.

I am currently setting up and confirming my schedule, so please reach out if you have any questions or want to talk about what might work best for you and your student.

Here’s what an in-person private music lesson looks like:

During in-person lessons, I will wear a mask and social distance, as much as possible. The younger and/or beginner students require more of a steady “hands-on” approach and likewise, closer proximity when modeling proper playing technique.

My in-person private students are asked to wipe down and clean musical instruments prior to my arrival with a sanitizing wipe and keep air reasonably circulating during my relatively short 30-60 minute visit.

My tutoring services are available to my local community for both in-person and virtual lessons; to others outside my community, as virtual only lessons.

I teach all music instruments in both the String Orchestra and Band as well as Classical, Jazz and Electric guitar.

This is my 21st year teaching instrumental music in the Great Neck Public School system, 27th year in NYS education system and 39th year teaching privately.

Stay healthy and safe, and let’s make some music!

Get in touch with any questions you may have.
